[Experiment 032: A little assisstance - text/action for Ecruteak]

Would anyone in Goldenrod or Ecruteak who has obtained the Plain Badge do me the favor of coming to the Sudowoodo tree and removing it? I've heard that you receive a way to move the tree once you get the badge. Any help would be appreciated.

Things've been going good! We're pretty far through Ilex Forest and haven't gotten horribly lost - also got a couple eggs that hatched, so when I get the HM for Fly, I have an Aerodactyl to teach it to and I can get places faster.

...Assuming I don't roast him for stealing my tentpoles in the middle of the night and scattering my bag around camp.

That's where I'm headed - although you're going to get there first. From what I hear, I don't blame you for wanting to get it over with. You're probably ahead of me on Badges, too.

He has been so far - nothing I don't think I can handle, though; at least he's not trying to maul me.

Yeaaah uh ... remember how bandaged up my arms were and some of those new scars? I had a Skorupi from that mess with the bug attacks that was pretty traumatized; I finally released him out in some woods around the farmland after he'd settled down a bit - he'd stopped attacking me but it was pretty obvious he wasn't comfortable with people. I didn't ... usually let him out around other people because I wasn't sure how he'd react and I didn't want him attacking anyone else.

Yeah... Kaguya was also from that - she's settled down, but is still pretty skittish.

I know the guy who was behind it got sent home - but I can't shake that I don't think he did it alone.

With the scale of that attack? I'd be pretty surprised if he was alone; my money's on him having had backup, whether he was working for something larger or just had people he'd gotten into it somehow. I still keep an eye out for if Kaguya recognizes someone and reacts funny to them, just in case.

Seems like the best odds of finding information, it's just not something where there's going to be an easy answer - more a case of finding them and where they have some kind of bases than "Hey, you guys wouldn't happen to've been involved in that bug swarm that happened, would you?"
