Drabble Fic - Feelings (14.14)

Summary: 14.14 Drabble. Rowena approaches Sam with her concerns.

Feelings
Rowena finds Sam alone in the kitchen with a tumbler of whiskey.
They share an understanding, something more than just Lucifer, and even though he's quite literally going to be the death of her, she still trusts him more than the others.
“Something's wrong with Jack, Samuel.”
She takes a sip of his whiskey, her hands shaking. Sam must see it because the worry is rolling off him in waves, and that pit in her stomach is bigger than it was the moment Jack got his wings back. Damn these pesky feelings.
“Something's very, very wrong with our wee boy.”
A/N: I did not see this happening!! It feels like they covered a lot of ground in this episode, and I'm not complaining - I really enjoyed it! It was great to see some lovely Sam and Rowena scenes, the brotherly worry, the Hannibal style opening scene, and that poignant conversation between Cas and Jack about loss. I'm worried about little Jack, and I think that bled into this drabble (I loved seeing Rowena's true feeling about these guys come to light!)
