a few minutes to myself at work...
So, the conference we have in Santa Rosa right now is Especially For Youth, EFY, which is a Mormon youth group thing. We have like 400 Mormons staying here. O.o that's a lot. and the fact that they're Mormon isn't the bad part. the bad part is that they're all high schoolers! AAAAAAAUUUGH! too much high schoolness contaminating the environment. they're all quite friendly, and say hi whenever they pass the desk. some of the boys are quite the flirtatious type, though. i'm good-natured about it, but i'm like, no. bad. i am SO older than you, and you know it. no chance, kiddo. oi, amusing, but oi.
in other news, i now know when i will be home in the Bay Area again, before Fall Quarter starts. i'll be home Mon Aug 21 - Sat. Aug 26. so if you're around, i'd love to catch up. Tuesday i'll be in SF seeing the docs, so that day is out, fyi.
i guess that's it for now. poor E and her 'Dog Days of July'. i have another two hours of work, and then i'm free.....to go study for a Spanish test tomorrow. mrrh.
