Aaack! Two weeks to go and I'm done. o.O This year went by so amazingly fast...incredible. What a fun year too, overall. There were definitely thorns and kinks, but those are to be expected.
Work, work, work. Ugh. Piling up on me, which isn't very nice.
Last night was BFOM's last 'official' rehearsal of the year. Irene helped me make chocolate covered strawberries (Costco strawberries, aaawww yeah!) for them. The guys were genuinely surprised, yay! A few eyes just about popped out, which was funny to watch. I'd counted earlier and there were a little over 60 berries in the container. Irene and I each had our share- about 3 each. The rest were gobbled up eagerly by ten hungry college boys. In less than 3 mins. (O.o) *was amazed* There was much debating from me for the past week about whether or not to do it. I mixed between it being silly, dorky, corny, wasn't my place to do so, etc. Rob and Irene kicked my butt, figuratively, and I went ahead with the plan.
BFOM is doing a little gig tonight on the Carillo patio (the dining commons closest to where my dorm is), and tomorrow is their big concert; the last one for the year. I'm excited and nervous. Why, you ask? I meet Bryce's family tomorrow. He told me last Sunday they were coming down for his concert and would be here for part of the weekend. Didn't really register w/ me then. On Tuesday, he asked me if I was going to be busy Friday evening. I was confused, cause I had told him I was planning on going to his concert. He asked if I'd like to go to dinner w/ he and hifamily before the concert. I ragged him a bit, saying I probably couldn't cause I had a huge paper to write...of COURSE I'd like to go, the nerd. =)
So yeah; nervous and excited. Gotta do laundry tonight, so I have choices for dinner tomorrow. Eep.
Hmmmm, anything else going on....oh yeah! E's gonna visit me in a week!! YAY! I'm excited, woot!
