♥~TGIF!!!!~♥
I am so darn happy it’s Friday!!!! This week seemed like it was just dragging by and just seemed so boring!!! It’s probably because I’m excited about this weekend. We are going to be doing a ton of stuff, and it’s 4 days!!
Last night was so wonderful. I pulled into the driveway around 5:30 and no one was home. I thought okay well I’m gonna head in and start dinner. I whipped up this yummy tuna salad and spooned it over fresh baby spinach leaves and strips of red bell pepper. It’s about 6pm now and no one is home yet. Hmmmmm, where is my family? Virgil called and said that he got held up with the boys smoking and chatting about work and that he is on his way home. Then I called Miss Ludi and she just laughed and told me that they would be home shortly and that she had a story to tell me. It was about 6:20 when everyone got home and Madelynne had to show us the new book that she bought with her tooth fairy money. She was so proud of it. It is a hardback book and game all rolled into one. Of course it’s Dora too so she was so excited. Miss Ludi had to tell us that Madelynne really wanted to buy me red roses instead of her book. My little angel loves her Mommy and she is the most thoughtful little girl!! Miss Ludi finally talked her into buying her book instead. I’m going to take her and buy some fresh flowers for the house this weekend. She loves it when I put flowers around the house and I even put a little vase by her bed. J After we had our dinner Virgil headed outside to weed eat the backyard and Madelynne and I just hung out for a little bit. When Daddy was all finished I started a movie for Madelynne and Virgil and I did a little questing on WOW.
Tonight we are going to do some questing with Tara and David on WOW. My hunter is almost to a level 36!! I’m really excited about that. Tomorrow we are going to get up early and Madelynne and I are going to Trinity’s birthday party while Daddy is going to finish sanding all the walls in the office. Sunday we are going to paint our little hearts out. The office should be completely painted and ready to put back together by Monday. Yippee!!! We want to get everything done by Monday night because Tuesday we are going to spend our day in the country. We will be BBQing and just relaxing out at Granny Nette’s. Right at dusk is when the real fun will begin. They have a huge fireworks display in Hempstead every year and we can sit at the end of our driveway and see it all!! We grab a cold beer or a glass of tea along with our chairs and walk to the end of the driveway. Madelynne just follows behind on her motorcycle. No need to fight traffic and deal with crazy people downtown. J The only thing you might have to worry about is mosquitoes.
Well ya’ll on that note I have about an hour left of work and I get to start my weekend. I need to finish up a few things still so I need to get it in gear. Have a wonderful weekend everyone and remember to be safe!!!!!!!
