My day
I wouldn't have believed it was possible but we got everything outside decorated for Christmas today.
I meant to get more done yesterday. It was my 12:00 day, and we did get the little bit of fall decorations put away, and even got the lighted deer out of the storage building. And sat with Lily, of course. But J's allergies were acting up badly, and I was so tired from work... we came in and I had a nap in my chair. And for once, woke up feeling worse. I usually feel better after a nap. I was so disappointed.
J went to bed early, and I stayed up late(for me anyway) and because of that, I didn't get until 9 this morning, despite Bucky's best efforts. J got up before me. We had breakfast and got started. First we had to give Lily some attention, and observed Dobby's kittens. She has 3: a ginger, a tabby and one that looks like Dobby, with one ear mostly missing. I named him Vincent(ha!) but seeing how giant the ginger is and how small that one is... I think we're going to have to call HER Vinnie.
Anyway, we did the decorating in between rain showers, but we still managed to finish by like 5. I picked up some dinner, because we were exhausted and still had to get the garbage together.
Because there are so many Dwayne Johnson movies we haven't seen, we watched one tonight: Snitch. The cast was promising - - Susan Sarandon, Jon Bernthal, Michael K Williams - - but it wasn't awesome.
