gettin shite together
whew... all kinds of things just happened to me...
Earth Corp was simply amazing. Living and working in the alpine with ten other really cool people for 30 days. it was stunning.
then when i got out and back to Colorado Springs, a shit show ensued. I wasn't sure where i was going or where i'd be able to go. finally i decided i would head back to Steamburg Falls that night and hang out with Marty, JD, and Tawny. then i find out i actually can't get a ride from Wolcott (which is where Greg from EC could drop me off). so i decided it would be better and easier to get up to Fort Collins and hang out for a week before going back to Colorado Springs and heading back out to help with another trip into the Sangres for a week. So then my Mum calls me and tells me that my Dad is going on a fire up in Montana and wants me to go with him. I end up getting to Steamburg that night at 1am or so (my Mum came to pick me up at Wolcott), and leaving for Montana at 7am that morning.
so that's when i spent a week in Montana fighting wildfires. i feel guilty about my part in suppressing fires, but my Dad really wanted me to go on at least one fire with him. it was pretty good. i saw the most epic lightning storm of my life while i was there.
but now i'm back in Steamburg Falls again. i spent a couple nights at my parents house, and now i'm moving in with Marty for a while. I figure in a couple weeks i'm actually going to get to Fort Collins/Boulder to see people i haven't seen in long time.
Then, I need to figure out my next plan of action.
