Today is my Friday. After today, I can do nothing or anything or everything for two days. I really need to figure out what is wrong with my cable connection. The only stations I get in clearly are in espanol. And I most definitely will take advantage of $2.75 movie at the theater.
I've been reading about so many things happening in the community. There is an opera house that I would like to visit and partake. And I have yet to take a walk along The Strand or the seawall. It was just a little too cold the past couple days, but it felt really nice out today. I am hoping that extends to tomorrow.
Last weekend, visiting family and friends was great, but I wish I could have spent more time with everyone, and I didn't get to see everyone that I wanted to see.
My friends and family live in a 60 mile by 60 mile by 60 mile triangle. That is just too much driving. But still, it was very relaxing, and it was amazing to just fall back in step with everyone like I had never left 5 months ago. Hopefully I will be able to get out that way often.
My days have been switched. Working the night shift, I never want to go to sleep until 4 or 5, even 7 in extreme cases. And I won't wake up until 2.. The other day, I almost overslept for a 4 p.m. shift. I've been trying to force myself to fix it. I am starting to make myself go to sleep at 2 a.m. I would like to wake up by 10 a.m., but that hasn't happened yet.
