I had a need for a new, different printer. Ink jet printers produce beautiful images, but they're delicate and run and smear when wet. Worse, if I only use the printer occasionally, the nozzles clog and I use a lot of expensive ink getting them working again. After I had given up on LetsTalk, with the order still showing "customer contact required", a box showed up on the porch. Sure enough, they'd finally decided to ship it. Someone is auctioning off an unbuilt MITS Altair 8800 computer kit with all the manuals and everything. $4750 at the moment with 2 days to go. I'm sure it's gonna go up.
