I was reminded again, and this time while I was in Live Journal so I can Post it!

I need to work my Joint locks BADLY!!! Strikes & kicks I can practice alone Locks & Throws I can not. I can teach if someone is interested in it enough but it dose take time to learn.

So Any Interest in Flow-drill out there?
