Ha, no need for humility, Madarame-san. I bet you could reach bankai in no time. And, you do the bulk of Division 11's paperwork, I hear. You might be a candidate for a captain's chair yourself. But like I told Abarai-san, the position is voluntary. I know of your loyalty to Zaraki-taichou, and I wouldn't ask you to leave his squad unwillingly.

No one knows you better than yourself. Still, it's not so bad. Everyone's overwhelmed at first except Unohana, nothing fazes her, but we got used to it pretty quick.
