I'm FREE!
... well, until the 5th of January at least. Today marks the beginning of one of the many perks of my "career:" an eight-day "paid" vacation. I say "paid" because NOVA doesn't actually pay us for the eight days specifically, but we do get paid more per lesson during December and January to replace the lessons missed. Its nice because that means my OT shifts this month earned me more than usual. Score one for Marie.
I tried to sleep late today, only to get woken up by various IMs and my alarm that I forgot to turn off. Oh well, I have things to do before I head out tomorrow morning anyway. (^_^)v So far I have only managed to somewhat clean my room, do my laundry, and clean the kitchen. I still need to wash my sheets, take out the trash, return the DVDs I rented, and run into Gifu to find a printer. I'm really lazy though, and really depressed, so I might just sit here feeling sorry myself.
I think I set too high of hopes for the holidays. I always have these grand ideas of how things will work out and how happy I will be, and then it never happens and I get sucked back into my depression. New Year's is another holiday I've always tried to make magical... a big party, lots of friends, a kiss at the stroke of midnight, ect., and I am always sorely disappointed. It's my own fault. Oh well. I'll try my best.

Friday (29):
- In Gifu at 8:30am to get the bus to Osaka OCAT (11:30am arrival)
- 11:30ish, meet Melissa at Namba Station/OCAT to begin the afternoon of frivolity
- 3:00, appointment at Craiver Salon Shinsaibashi to get my hair did
- 8:00ish, meet Visi at Umeda
- Accomodation for the night: Spa World, for hot, naked fun (^_~)
Saturday (30):
- Noon, meet Atsuko at Umeda station
- 5pm, meet Miki, Mai, Quinn & Company, D.C. Dave & Company, and others at Shinsaibashi Station for Gaijin Madness Night!!
- Accomodation: Random Love Hotel, for hot, naked fun (LOL, definately kidding)
Sunday (31):
No plans?!
Monday (1):
- Travel to Kobe with Visi to see the sights and lights
- Accomodation: reservation at Green Hill Hotel, Kobe
Tuesday (2):
- Morning, Kobe? Osaka?
- 6:40pm, be at Osaka OCAT for bus back to Gifu (arrival at 9:40pm)
It should be a fun trip. I won't be online much, though I did set up mobile posting for LJ on my keitai so if something big happens I will try to let everyone know.
