So between the constant wanting to punch Will in the face and the even more constant THAT IS NOT HOW HIGH SCHOOL (OR ANY OTHER AMATEUR COMPANY) THEATRE WORKS, that was, uh, kind of painful to watch.
I know, I know, Glee is not exactly a paragon of realism, but watching that was kind of like being a doctor watching a medical drama or a cop watching a police procedural: you can tell yourself 'it's fiction' all you want but you still want to throw things when they get something horribly horribly wrong.
I could probably overlook the smaller things like the scheduling issues and the set that appeared out of nowhere when they have no money and the fact that "the musical" for the school is somehow entirely in the hands of the glee club, but that dress rehearsal, argh. I don't even remember what else happened in that scene, I was too busy sputtering over them somehow having all the costumes and a finished set that far in advance, and/or everyone still being on book two days before they opened. Argh. What.
Also, um, yeah, wanting to punch Will constantly. Carl is kind of great, but I wish we could have him around without Will being such a douche.
At least Brittany and Santana seem to have made up and are back to being adorable; can we have more of that please?
