-i don't know what gotten into me, i just saw a pic of ryuu and i started writing this. /whacked
Ryuu frowned when he saw Kanon.
She wasn't smiling.
That's just wasn't her.
Slowly, he approached her.
"Kanyon..." He softly called.
She looked up at him. Tears were stinging her eyes.
She was definitely not okay.
He sat besides her.
"What is it?" He asked.
Kanon pouted, looking down.
It really seems as if she wanted to cry.
"Kanyon..." He urged her.
She sighed.
"It's just... everything doesn't seem to go my way..." She said. "I'm just a bit sad. My life sucks right now."
"What exactly happened?" He asked her.
She pursed her lips. "Well, I'm fat and my diet isn't doing good."
Ryuu looked at her in an 'are-you-mad?-you're-so-thin!' way but didn't comment.
"And they cut my hair again. I was happy it was starting to become long but then..." she continued.
Ryuu listened.
"And I'm so short, I'm not growing anymore, I barely reach your shoulder. And then you'll be performing with SNSD in Music Station and you guys haven't even performed with us before..." She ranted.
Ryuu groaned, playfully. He knew she wasn't serious.
"So it is my fault." Ryuu said, shaking his head, a smile creeping on his face.
"Yes. All yours." Kanon said though she, too, was struggling to keep a straight face.
"But sorry, Kanyon, I think I can't do anything about the height." He teased. Kanon smacked him playfully.
Ryuu laughed.
"But about the performance... Shall I call in sick on that day?" He asked, a bit serious.
She shook her head, smiling. "I was just joking, baka."
He shrugged, boastfully. "Well, I don't know. You easily get jealous. You love me too much."
Another playful smack, and the two of them laughed.
When they were finally calm Ryuu, looked at Kanon straight in the eyes.
"What is it, really?" He asked seriously, frowning a bit.
Her smile faded, and there was that sadness in her eyes once more.
"Tsunku-san." She finally said.
Ryuu nodded. He had suspicions that it was about that.
"I don't really like the idea." Kanon said honestly, getting teary.
Ryuu placed a hand on her shoulder and half-hugged her.
"I... I was happy that I was in S/mileage. I thought it would always be the four of us. But then Tsunku-san... I don't want us to be just like Momusu... it's just so sad." She said.
Ryuu patted her gently. Kanon leaned her jaw on Ryuu's shoulder in a hug.
She sighed sadly.
Ryuu didn't really know what to say. He knew how close Kanon was with her bandmates. He couldn't imagine if suddenly JUMP became like that. He could perfectly understand how Kanon was feeling.
"Well," He said. Kanon looked at him, searching, wanting to hear words to reassure her. "Then make it to be that it would always be the four of you. That isn't up to Tsunku-san. Even if S/mileage changed, don't let the four of you change." He said.
Kanon slowly nodded.
"But I'll hate it when Tsunku-san suddenly announced one of us four will be graduating..." She said, still not reassured.
Ryuu smiled at her.
"Kanyon, no one graduates from being a friend. And this Ryuu will never graduate from loving you." He said.
And finally, Kanon smiled.
