Did I just invent the saladrito?

Joellen and I keep bagged salad greens around. Neither of us is big on food prep, and anything healthy and convenient is a boon. I favor a blend of baby spinach and the stuff they call "spring mix," or something along those lines.

Sorry, no. Not as such, anyway. I've been rolling greens in tortillas, crêpes, rice wraps and yet larger leaves of green for years. They are completely yummy and very handy. I'll give you creds for the name, though. It's all you, Babe! *grins*
