What happened to customer service
I went to Bristol Farms today for a beer run and I was checking out the butcher shop. They had some sirlon steaks that were about $9 a pound. They looked pretty big, so I asked the guy if they could cut me a half pound. They said they couldn't do it. Now Bristol Farms isn't a cheap place. It's not like it's a Walmart or anything. Now if I go to a regular grocery store, I have different expectations. But this is supposed to be a high end store. I don't know. Maybe I'm expecting too much out of companies these days.
