Hey guys!
I'm doing pretty good considering. We haven't heard anything else from the police which obv means they didn't believe my mum after doing the test on her so that's a good thing. Her little plan failed again! I'm starting to like this things are going our way for a change. We're just have to see what happens about the house now. I get very stressed from all this though cos of the emotional pressure coming from it but at the mo she's quiet... That does scare me though. With my mum quiet isn't good. She gets quiet you get scared cos you have no idea what she is up to or trying to do. We know the difference between a good quiet and a bad one.
In happier news I saw T:REXTASY yesterday! They are a tribute band to T:REX and are fucking AWESOME!!! That guys is SO much like Marc Bolan that it's scary. They have been dubbed the best tribute band to anyone in the world. He has won every compeition going. I last saw them on my 19th birthday and they are just as great now as they were then. They travel the whole world. The place was packed there were 600 people there. Most of the clothes he wears are actually Marc Bolan's cos Marc Bolan's fiancee saw him and was so taken with his performance she gave him all of Marc's clothes. She said it was like Marc was alive again. That guy is a true entertainer. He really gets the crowd going and he did two encores. He didn't do "Light of Love" though. He didn't do that the last time I saw him either and that is one of the best T:REX songs! Guys seriously if he ever pays near you go see him. He's worth it even if you don't like T:REX.
Tonight I'm going to see The Silver Beatles!! I'm so exicted cos I've never seen a Beatle tribute band before! I was told they weren't good but then last night my dad's friend told me they are brilliant and well worth it. He saw them two years ago. Their John is supposed to be great. He plays the fool on stage like the real John did. They change into wigs and stuff halfway thrigh cos they go from Early Beatles to later Beatles. It'll be interesting to see as the real Beatles never played their later stuff cos they were sick of not being heard and most of the stuff just couldn't be done on stage so it'll be interesting to see what songs they do. I really hope they can so "Strawberry Fields Forever" cos I love that son go much right now! And "Here, There and Everywhere". I will hopefully get some pics on my dad's phone and he'll post them to my e-mail so then you guys can see what they look like but I can't promise that it will work. According to Paul McCartney though the BEST tribute band in the world to the Beatles is The Bootleg Beatles. He loves them. I am hoping to see them in December. They travel the world too and their John and George look SO much like them in the later days that's it's freaky!! They are according to Paul the BEST in the world. They have been going for years.
I'll let you guys know how The Silver Beatles measure up when I get back. I'm hoping to be surprised. I can be very critical of people trying to be people I like like in that movie where that guy did Dudley I expected him to be bad but I was so impressed by him. He was really good he had all the little things that Dudley did down. I didn't think they were very noticeable but he picked up on them.
I'm wearing my dark blue cords and John Lennon t-shirt tonight. Yesterday I wore my purple tartan trousers with the bits hanging off and the leg zips going up to the knees, my red sleevless top, my black see through lace top over that and my black jacket that I got for my borthday. I wore my knee high boots too and OMG never again it hurts to stand for 3 hours straight in boots. lol I've learnt my lesson. Wore my black eye make up too which I always wear.
On Thurssday I'm seeing a Who tribute band and in June I'm seeing the Rutles. I mean all tickets are only £8 expect for T:REXTASY who were £10. I mean hell to see Paul McCartney here it's only £40.
Anyway I better go I have to get some stuff done before tonight. I'll tell you guys all about it and hopefully have some pics.
