Did you get this job through a temp agency? Sexual harassment is not necessarily just you being harassed. It's anything sexually inappropriate being brought into work that makes you uncomfortable. From what I know of Wal Mart they take it pretty seriously, so I would report it to your temp agency or Wal Mart directly.

Yeah, the higher up management do take it seriously. The problem is at the store level though. A bunch of these "managers" don't care enough about their jobs to value them on a higher level. Assistant managers go through laughable training and get paid on par with regular associates.

That said, I think Nathan should report it and be a whistle blower. Legally they can't retaliate, and the higher up management will take care of it for sure.

Nah I was hired straight through Wal-Mart.
And yes I know that sexual harassment isn't just me, they even talked about it during orientation. I know it is a big deal for THEM, as in, the company.
But at least from what I have seen the actual people who deal with it don't care as much as it is made to seem. I don't know, maybe I'll call, maybe not.

I think you should call. The thing is, the higher management will value what you say over what these peon managers say and do (even store managers at that). If you go to the regional level, you're talking to somebody BIG that can handle the situation and you will not get retaliation as a result (because the regional manager will care more about the problem and solving it than about a couple of dumbass assistant managers).

There should be a regional HR (personnel) manager that you can probably talk to as well. :)
