My lipsticks are always delivered either about to melt away or all sweaty :/ and i use my lipsticks when there new for photography reasons..so having to edit those imperfections suck.
Same! I like to photograph my makeup for IG and my blog and it just sucks when something like that happens. Normally I would understand heat and whatnot but the lipstick itself was defective and made longer than normal so a good portion of the product itself is stuck in the lid.
There have been comments about this happening from MAC on the Specktra forums. You can call and complain and often they will send you replacements at no charge.
I did email about the lipstick being longer and smashed because of it but I just hate complaining, I mean it's still usable but it just annoys me about part of the product being stuck in the lid.
Non-sense, you paid for it! If it's broken, and you're unsatisfied then you are not getting your moneys worth. I hate complaining too, but when I shelled out $15( or more ) for a lipstick... it better not be smashed! I usually purchase lipsticks at the counter, or if I'm getting other brands like YSL/ TARTE/ UD, I go to sephora. I would just hate to have that happen to me. It's just such an inconvenience! Hope they reply and send you out a proper one.
