Ugh :(
I haven't posted here in awhile but I thought today would be a good day to post/share stories together. :)
One of my latest orders came which contained Steady Going, Runway Hit, and Pink Plaid lipsticks and I was so excited to open them when I got home from work but when I opened Pink Plaid...
It was all smashed at the top with product stuck inside the lid. I compared it to my other MAC lipsticks and I realized why it was like that (since the packaging was fine). The lipstick itself was actually made longer than all the other ones I own! If you twist it all the way down it was still poking out of the tube where as my other new lipsticks were safe and sound in the bottom where it couldn't be hit.
I hate that mine was all smashed and product was stuck in the lid. Ugh. :(
Does anyone have any stories they want to share about order mishaps and/or product defects that they want to share? Go ahead, rant away.... :)
