Ten places I'd really rather be.

Work is no fun. We all know that. Even when work has the potential to be fun, it still can't REALLY be fun because you always know in the back of your mind that you have no choice but to be there. Did you catch all of that?

So I put together a giant enormorific post of places I'd rather be
(since no one really reads these anyway...)

And we'll begin with.....

1. NORWAY
I bet it's nice and cool there. And the air is soooo clean, I hear.
A little scenery for your viewing pleasure:

2. Moving right along.....LAKE BAIKAL
Interesting little facts here: Lake Baikal is the deepest lake in the world. It is soooo big, in fact that it has it's own climactic patterns...(I saw that on the Travel Channel...Cool, huh?). It makes up about 20 percent of the world's fresh water...(also very cool, huh?)

3. KYOTO, JAPAN

4. EASTER ISLAND
Easily the most remote island in the world.....except where did all those frickin statues come from..?

MOAI

5. Similarly confusing....what happened to all the people of
MACHU PICCHU?

It is also impossible to appreciate that picture unless you see it FULL SIZE.

6. MURDOCH, ENGLAND. One day, I too shall live in a cottage on a hill......

7. LOCH NESS

And not because I care about the frickin monster story.....although, if you do care to find out more about Nessie....SEE "BILL HICKS".lol.

The famous Urquhart castle near the deepest part of Loch Ness:

8. GLENCOE, SCOTLAND
This place is so far north that the sun sets at 10:30-11:00 PM.

9. TAHITI
Enough said.

10. Blake called me during the post and specifically requested
COSTA RICA.
So, for your viewing pleasure, dear:

You may also find it interesting that 75 percent of Costa Ricans are Roman Catholic, the food SUCKS, and there's plenty of coffee. lol.

ALSO, since we all know what a total nerd I am, here's some
TRAVEL CHANNEL LOVE for you.

That is all.
