Okay i'm assuming it's the closest of my books (If not the closest book is the Hotels - Insight Tropical North Queensland and page 123 is a picture of a Beach apparently in Cairns).
Closest of my books is The Grand Tour by Patricia C Wrede and Caroline Steverner.
