Of course yes, but you know in Russia it is not possible to earn honestly the money enough to buy such piece of land on a bank of big giver in Moscow region - you have to be a local Rothschild tearing people around to bits to accumulate such assets and with all that it could be difficult to get permission on such big piece of land near the river if authorities will be against it. The only possible way to get such piece of land is to be in authorities, to have links to the necessary big people in power, of course yes you have to have some money but if you will be in authorities people will be bringing the money to you themself to sit on an opposite side of river in shacks... ;)

So those will all be the houses of rich well connected people. Who are probably rather crooked.

You need a revolution comrade. :)

Not all, it is easy to differ the normally purchased houses and the little sites from the modern twenty or more bigger sites. The small sites were got in the Soviet Union or at nineties with the efforts of numerable activists which were making cooperatives and together were solving the problems of communicating with regulating authorities and the modern rich fellas are seizing hundreds of hectares using their links in government to change the status of agricultural or other lands into the private property.

I don't know anything about this particular house and its massive land - there are the cases when Putin was gifting something to famous in society or extra loyal people - I'd heard he had presented a new Russian car to one veteran living in Serpuhov but I somehow doubtful that this land was gifted to some famous poet or musician though who knows - Putin can make any dream come true for sure... ;))

Anyway the revolution of any kind it is the less of anything I need today.
