I've never seen or heard of plants like these before... it would be best if people didn't touch them, as so far it only seems to hurt you if you do.

But the curiosity of many seems to not care otherwise. At least it doesn't seem to be fatally wounding when touched.

What are these things everyone is speaking of? We do not have them in Ivalice, so it's merely curiosity that I wish to sate.
