Is it just me or does Tuscaloosa have an abnormally large number of crazy people? We DO have a questionably high number of mental institutions in the area...makes ya wonder...Driving home today I saw a man in a black and white suit, with a super tall black and white queen of hearts hat on. I thought, "Hmm, looks like Six Flags". This is when I realized Tuscaloosa has too many crazy people, b/c what I SHOULD have thought was, " That guy looks a little off...". Not here. Looks normal for Tuscaloosa. Fits in quite well with the overly thin hippie-skirt lady who preaches down the streets all day. Fits in with the headphone guy on the corner who dances down the strip all afternoon. Fits in with the random hippies with their dogs and didgeridoos (wow did I EVER misspell that). Fits in with the Ferg preacher and his overly long poster of why we are all going to hell. And these are just the everday oddities...not including the students (cuz you all know we've got some...interesting...ones). But, honestly, I love this town for its madness. Keeps life interesting if nothing else...
