It's been 7 weeks since updating my meds. I have no idea what I'm doing anymore. I know this isn't the first time I've talked about finding myself in a place where I no longer know what "normal" is anymore. Slowly dealing with my depression and the lack of focus that comes with it. Today is a List kind of day. Kent is coming back from three days in Scotland today so I need to get my stuff out of the way so he can get his laundry and things done tomorrow.
