I got my mom a Kitchenaide mixer for Christmas, knowing that although she's always wanted there will be a layer of dust on it the next time I come home. To get the ball rolling, I have been trying to find bread recipes to utilize the dough hook. The problem is that the world has gone no-knead crazy! Everything is a wet dough that needs more folding than it does kneading.
