Pet Peeves and Overwhelming Hatreds.
What issue, topic, action, or situation _really_ pisses you off?
For me, the thing I CANNOT stand is Censorship. Especially when it steers into Thought Police territory as the proposed net filter does. Not only does it (falsely) claim to be there to protect the children (a fact that many child-wellfare agencies have derided, due to the measures being ineffectual), but it is restricting anything it deems 'outside social norms' or too controversial.
While I may not personally find watersports to be one of my (many) kinks, I do not begrudge those that do. They should be allowed to access material that suits their sexual paradigm.
As long as everything is between consenting human adults, then what's the fuss?
The money could be better spent on educating children and parents, as well as financing police cybercrime task forces. Hell, while childporn is wrong, I fully support the right of those looking for it to go and incriminate themselves, but until they do, then the only thing stopping them should be their own morals, and the laws against it.
