The Green Scaly Thing Cocktail
I'd like to say now, that Washipuppy is full of awesome and win.
I won't go into the reasoning behind the drink name, nor why we wanted it to taste the way it does, but here is the drink that she managed to work out; the Green Scaly Thing.
Green Scaly Thing
2 part Apple Sours
2 part Creme de Cassis
1 part White Rum
A splash of Triple Sec
That's the base drink at least. Variations can be made by adding a little bit of cordial concentrate (various flavours work - have fun experimenting, Green Scaly Things are all about adaptability). Mixer of lemonade/soda water is optional.
If you try it, let me know what you think of it. The taste should be blackcurrant with a sour/metallic tang.
