Olivia's genealogy archives bring up, on the mother's side, a strong influence of Russian and some Korean in the blood, where as the father had strong roots in to the UK's 'ancient' history. However, it's only in the height of 5'9", and perhaps facial structure, that shows from the paternal side. From platinum blonde hair, to general build, had been inherited from the maternal side of the gene pool. Eyes, due to the nature of her difference, is a warning color of violet, and the skin is naturally pale from lack of sunlight, and liberal use of sunscreen if ever out during the day. Her chest, however, is something that has been enhanced through hormonal patches in the teen years, and is thusly not considered the natural size, despite lack of silicone and invasive measures. She had a rather thorough portfolio before being brought over; a large portion of which could be found here. In fact, Olivia's appearance is something that she holds quite a level of vanity in. From the fact that it's never been 'marred,' as in having broken skin, to the sizes and appeal that it can get. In one interview, she had even shared her sizes as a sign of pride; That she was a 36D, with a 25" waist and 37" hips with a size 8US shoe.
Personality Olivia is a bit of a volatile sort. She could be flirting with someone one moment, take it to a harassing level, and then have her attention towards something else entirely. Normally, her attention gets grabbed away by something that's considered 'cute' in her head, or sweets. Having started her life out in rebellion, and getting stuck in a seedy 'career' has definitely left a mark for someone that can act rather 'light' headed. In fact, demonstrated with her relationship with bosses and some customers, a display of dominance against her had lead to rather... Varied reactions. All of which had some sign of defiance within it.

One could really say that the young woman's personality is a little two-faced, which switches from one to the other by various triggers. First, there was the side that had been a little girl, and what was expected in a girl's personality. Sweets, cute clothes and things, animals like puppies and kittens, and light hearted entertainment. Even snuggling with anyone, without any reservations in such actions. Except, maybe, to watch a film, or keep warm. The side which would give kisses on the cheek, or the lightest of pecks on the cheek, and plenty of hugs. There may be inappropriate touching, and display of ability, but nothing to incite harm. The only true consistency between these two 'sides' which weren't so far apart was the level of vanity and self indulgence the woman would hold towards herself. Which is probably why she actually enjoyed her career choice before being brought in to the secured life of 'mutants.'

Then, there is the darker personality, which seems to try and find a way to show that they had control over what they were doing, as if it were their choice. One quick to anger and resort to grabbing the 'offenders' collar, or sexually harass them in some way to show that she had some sort of grip over what was going on, instead of being steered in a specific direction. If it made her feel like she would have the leg up on the situation, she'd even use her ability until that need was satisfied.

Part of Olivia, however, is still afraid of her father. Something which is apparent in her history, taking any job to avoid having to return home. No matter which side was surfaced, trying to find out about her family would lead to a long period of silence and sitting in a chair, curled up. There is no fear of toxic creatures, including bees and snakes, and the idea of taking drugs or dealing with needles in general, means little to the woman. Aside from a reasonable level of self-preservation, Olivia doesn't even hold a fear towards having a gun pointed towards her. Not only due to the riots at AlphaFour, but due to a few previous experiences from before it.

There isn't too much that would be different in Veles. She'll probably make her own, and in connection to the fear and rebellion from her father, act similarly towards any officials. If she can't manipulate them to something that could be manageable and tolerated, Lily would toe the line- though just barely- in an obvious act against the wishes of those that watch over the city. An entire dance to make a living and still manage to give the middle finger to any authority figure that would try to control her. Even better if she can have fun all the while doing it.
Powers/Abilities CANON: There are multiple factors to consider with this ability, though all are connected and not to be considered a case of dual differences. In the way that many poisonous creatures have bright, fascinating, colours to their appearance, Olivia's eyes are also similar in how violet her eyes are. It won't be possible to figure out where, exactly, the poison is composed within the body until Olivia is in position for a proper autopsy, or a skin sample which isn't something that would be offered willingly. While released differently, and on an internal epidermal layer, Olivia has numerous parotoid glands in skin, including the inner skin that continues on the inside of the mouth, as well as beside the parotid (Salivary) glands. It's clear, however, that the properties can be changed, and at the same time, antibodies shift to follow the change as well. What changes, exactly, seem to be mostly subconscious on instinct and desire that the female wants to achieve, which is probably how she stayed under the radar at her occupation. Long term effects, and how long it takes for the poison to break down, seems to be able to vary on it's own as well, and become based on what the exact properties are.

Various effects range from euphoria, hormonal and pheromone changes, hallucinations much like other drugs, heightened blood pressure and heart rate, over to more dangerous effects like anaphylaxis, paralysis, blindness, tachycardia, and even necrosis, as we believe. It is due to the antibodies naturally composed, much like other animals, that Olivia does not succumb to these effects. If the toxin released lasts past an hour, or comes coupled with dangerous effects, it's best to take care while pulling plasma and blood, both containing the richest sources of antibodies, from the host.

Release is given through the pores, saliva, and breath, with the latter having the widest range, but smallest concentration. Due to this difference, it is difficult for her to fall to effects from other toxins, but not impossible. From that, she has never been able to develop a dependence on alcohol, drugs, or even smoking- Leaving her to have it recreationally without going overboard. However, with constantly producing toxins, a release must be given if stored for too long. This is done through vomiting, or by pulling it out with a needle. If the stored up toxin is not released, Olivia would end up going to a hibernate state, to avoid a backlash and slow the production, relying on someone else as she'd be unable to release it on her own. It is because the glands are internal that a portion released goes in to the body, and causes the build-up that requires this release of purging, as the body seems to refuse to burn through the toxins in the body despite the anti-toxins that are running through her veins.
Powers/Abilities AU: The reduction would mostly occur in release, and change of toxic properties, not unlike the dampeners the sites would give, except this actually worked. Where it would take minutes, it would take at least an hour, if not longer, to greatly change the property of the toxins. At the same time, however, the anti-toxins would take even longer to match this very change. The potency of what's released has also been halved and would require twice the length of exposure to have a typical reaction to whatever the composition currently is. As one can't change how much they breath, or perspire, or anything like that, the area of effect doesn't really change. However, it's always been based on proximity and how long the air's been saturated by the release in the first place. Her room would likely effect people, compared to passing by in the hall. As long as the place has a flow of air and is open, the only real worry would be by actual skin contact, or saliva. As those were always more concentrated than breath, anyway. Lily's tolerance to other toxic elements, like drugs and alcohol, will also decrease. There is an actual chance of gaining dependency if the recreation turned to something more habitual.
Character History:  Born and raised in the heart of the city, and to parents Harry and Lucy Walker, that had worked hard to bring themselves to a financially secure position in such a costly lifestyle. With such, it seemed that the girl grew up in a rather strict lifestyle, with one parent in particular holding a resolute hatred for the mutants that had been cropping up. It was always tales about what he would do if there was such a 'creature' in his home, which made the child nervous before even realizing her ability. Due to the current appearance, not considered too unusual with her mother's platinum hair and eyes- No, that wasn't right. Her mother's was a rich blue, where as Olivia's had been too violet seem 'on course' with what genetics said should happen. It was out of the hatred for mutants, perhaps fear that his daughter was one of those 'freaks,' and pride for the life that he worked hard for, that Harry was as tough as he had been on his daughter. Lucy, however, didn't do much to change her husband, and did what she could to keep their daughter raised on more than such negative aspects.

While Harry was working a portion of the time, it was the mother that had been able to notice the unusual nature of her child. The occasional vomiting spells, kids she's played with getting sick, and strange behaviour from the pets they've had, before they had passed on at unusual ages. As it tends to be a mother's instinct to protect their child, Lucy did what she could to explain the reasons as to why pets would be replaced, and how there were bugs going around school every time the child was throwing up. This didn't change the severe nature Olivia's father had against her, however. Between a lack of extra-curricular activities, and poor grades, the man took the only course that he knew to deal with such a 'disappointing child,' as he'd consider her. It even came to spankings and other smacks and hard grabs to the shoulder.

Eventually, as the girl grew closer to adolescence, her personality started the small split around other people. Interest in boys started to grow, as well. At the age of thirteen, her father caught some less than proper social activities being enjoyed with one boy in particular. From there, he grew angrier and more abusive, where as Olivia grew more delinquent. It was only the fact that she wanted to finish Secondary school with her friends, and by the promise of her mother, that she stayed around until Graduation. The same night, she had packed her things, taken a portion of money in the house, and ran off. The odd jobs were rather tame at first, but within a couple of months, her stage name Lily had been created, and she was on a stage with various lights hitting her and other women who were similar or older in age. It was a career choice that would stick with Lily until there was no choice but to leave. In that time, more standard life lessons were learned, and some unique experiences had come about. Including the club being held up, and there being attacks towards her and the other girls that worked at the club. Things that shaped how the girl saw danger, and dealt with the stresses that weighed on the mind.

Within a year, enough money had been collected to share an apartment with the other dancers, and purchase hormone patches to give her chest a boost in growth. Being aware of her ability on some level, and utilizing it during work, quite a few regulars were found coming back to her side of the stage, and better tips developed. Considering the supervisor wasn't going to get rid of someone that brought in money, and the customers don't think about getting rid of someone that made their mind swim among the clouds, the job continued until recently. It wasn't until a rather bad day, and a call from her father that had tried to clean up 'his mess,' that anything happened that really brought attention to the young woman. The poison secreted had caused shock to the customers, and almost killed a few. Blood tests were forced, and the woman ended up gathering her funds and many clothes before placing herself in front of the clinic before the tests had finished going through. Due to 'willingly' being placed, and ready to be moved, Olivia was moved to Alpha Two; A place meant for strong mutants, but those that were more easily managed. A far more lax place, which was fine, and perfect even.

However, despite how nice the site was, compared to others that were rumoured about, the woman still had an issue with authority. While it wasn't displayed as outright rebellion, she gave them some kind of trouble day after day. As the room in the site dwindled, her behaviour increasingly got worse. Kisses, seducing the guards, setting up little problems, and just not listening to any orders that had come about. While it would usually get her some time- never more than a week- in Temporary Solitary, enough was becoming enough. Alpha Two was getting crowded, and she was too much trouble for their staff and lack of appropriate equipment. With some begging, and the nature of Olivia's difference, they had managed to plan with AlphaFour to get the Order One mutant to that region instead. In fact, the agreement for transfer occurred several months before it was actually done. They had waited until Olivia had to purge the toxins from her body, stopping her just before she did so, and held the woman down. Eventually there was the fever, and inflammations, as the body tried to manage the increasing levels. It was a painful period of time before the body simply shut down to a low-vitality rest to slow the flow and creation of said toxins.

After a couple of weeks, getting samples and making sure she was stable, Olivia was moved over to AlphaFour without incident in the beginning of November. Vitals were monitored, and the site conducted their own tests for personal data, keeping Olivia in the medical wing the entire time. She was in this low vitality state for a month altogether before they arranged to remove the toxins from her body and awaken the new occupant.

To their luck, when she was reaching the end of the procedure, the other Residents of the site had started something of a rebellion from what could have been a typical, small, riot. To which she seemed to slowly be brought along, mostly releasing irritation and hoping to get to some food after she had woken up properly. It seemed that from there, Lily had been dragged from one thing to another for the next few days. After the initial chaos, Sean had been in charge and, to much of Lily's displeasure, assigned everyone shifts almost constantly. Especially her, when she says she needed a lay, and he seemed to take it for her having enough energy to stay up even longer.

The day that she had enough and chewed Sean out, finally able to really pig out and rest, an attack from the guards came; trying to reclaim the site. Irritated, considering it the last straw, she joined in with a loaded gun to vent some anger. To which ended not long after. The offices had claimed a few prisoners after they surrendered, temporarily distracted from shooting thanks to Lily giving a 'show' for that purpose. Not without a price, however; The first time her skin had been broken. Twice in this case, due to being clipped a couple of times. After the adrenaline had died, and everyone was regaining a sense of balance, Lily had spent most of the next few days in bed resting.

It was a a day or so after she was able to spend most of the day around everyone. Getting to know the other residents that had more freedom in the site, and even more, getting to know Jack; someone around her age that could create and control flames. Even better, he was someone that indulged with a bit of fun. Fun being playing pranks, and coming up with ones that could be used on Sean in this case. It was the day after Sean was in a particularly bad mood, telling off Jack for singing (as he and another resident were celebrating through song) that Lily found herself in Veles.

World Background: [[Note: As this is Artwra's world, I figured it'd be best to copy her World Background. Who better than the source, right?]] Sean's universe is a theoretical future in which mutant powers -- changes to human capacities and capabilities seemingly caused by the insertion of a new section of DNA into the genome -- were verified in 2041 with the discovery of a young boy with telekinetic powers. After this, verifications seemed to spread exponentially, and the issue of mutants has become, it seems, the most preoccupying political issue in the world.

Sean is from the United Kingdom, the place where mutants were first discovered, where they are the most numerous, and where perhaps the most dramatic problems have been seen. Hate crimes by 2043 escalated into the two year 'War of Blood', a period of civil unrest (strikes, riots, walk-outs and some political violence) that Britain struggled with in 2045 and 2046. Out of the chaos came an extreme right-wing political party called the TrueBlood Party, who under the charismatic Hastings Warden became  part of a coalition government in 2048.

The same year, the Biological Differentiation Laws were passed. From this point on, mutants in the United Kingdom were no longer legally human, and were instead subject to incarceration or even execution. The TrueBlood Party took over the government by 2056, leaving PM Warden a barely-disguised dictator. Censorship, militarisation, the cult of personality and the insular behaviour all typical of authoritarian states followed. Fear and hatred sparked a terrible hunt for mutants, who were increasingly hunted down via blood tests and barred from social services, civil rights and eventually even from liberty.

The Biological Differentiation Laws were introduced in 2048 based on the work of one James Pihanna, who offered forward a scientific answer to the question of whether humans or mutants. He reverted to a biological definition: that members of the same species could interbreed. He later terribly regretted what his words were used to do, and committed suicide in 2058. By this time, however, his son Christopher Pihanna and daughter-in-law Samantha Davies had become not only leading biologists but the creators of a new area of study: mutobiology. This included  the causes of the mutation, reasons for its spread, the effects that it had and how medicine had to adapt to deal with the changes. It was lucrative and necessary, and Christopher in particular threw himself into it, careful to keep his own political ideology quiet. It was considered by the government to be very unfortunate that the two skilled scientists had to be eliminated in 2077.

From 2069, all mutants discovered were automatically detained in sites in remote parts of the British Isles, whose naming followed the pattern [Alpha][One] where Alpha/Beta/Gamma denoted the danger of the mutants and the security needed, whilst the attached number indicated the age of the site. At most of these sites, the mutants were simply corralled and left mostly to their own devices, whilst drugs designed to dampen, counteract or permanently remove the powers were tested on them. Site AlphaFour was the most infamous of these sites, due to its high-risk, high-security, high-budget organisation. There were many deaths there over the seven years for which it was open. The residents were kept in cell-like rooms, given a limited budget and amount of communal space, but the pressure was always high and the desire for freedom always great, leading to frequent and bloody violence.
RP Sample [First Person]: Mm... Close the window. [Stretches, still waking up.] I said close the...

[Realizes where she's feeling the cold, and starts to sit up. Frowns, slightly pouting, at the lack of attire.] This won't do... I don't remember a place like this on the site.

Hey, hold it boys... No need to point those towards me. I've had enough recently, see? [Points to area on shoulder, near crook of neck] You be nice, I'll be nice, and if there's something to wear then it's all the better.  That sounds good, right? Cuz, while I don't mind giving ya'll a free show like this, it's nothing to be enjoyed on either side.

Why do you play this character? Lily is a kind of immature fun that's different from Trance. Trance knows the limits of how far she should go, and what's okay. Lily stirs up trouble just because she can, and she isn't old enough to know when to actually stop, or even notice right away when she's gone too far. She's classic vanity and teenage rebellion.
