Not the Sam/Kara I was thinking of. Well, not the Sam I was thinking of. :-) Happy anniversary!

Yeah, I should have used a different icon (I don't think I have one loaded, sadly), I know I used to get confused (Sam/Kara is Carter and Kara/Sam is Anders, because last names look dorky -- ie, Carter/Thrace and Anders/Thrace. Sometimes, I can get away with Starbuck/Longshot [thats right, Ron made him a pilot just for me]... er, got off subject, there)

Thank you =D

I miss BSG and Stargate fandoms. Nothing else has quite taken its place with the same sort of futuristic, science fictiony goodness, though I think MCU may have come closest.

I know Hermione is not a St. Trinian's girl, but she could have been! Now excuse me while I go imagine that fusion au and wish it were a thing that is real. (I miss even the minimal level of activity that St. Trinian's fandom used to have.)

There was so much crossover between the three, it was like a pile of puppies and kittens at times. And you're right, nothing has really taken that spot--some of it is that everyone has slid off to other platforms.

But even that doesn't really explain it. Sigh. (Doctor Who can get like that, at times)

I miss that fandom, too. I like to think Hermione would have been a geek, but I also think St. Trinian's vs Voldemort would end in Voldemort in a box and St. Trinian's in pieces but also having a party. And if the years matched better, Kelly would totally have won the tri-wizard competition

Now I wish to write Twelve as a guest teacher at St. Trinians.
