Happy Halloween y'all!
I wore Samhain today. :P It's sooo tasty. First it was sort of clovey, then an hour or two in, it got smoky, then caaaaaandy. Like no particular candy, but caaaaandy. Mmmmm.
Last night, I dreamed that I'd wandered into my biology (from last semester) professor's class, and he enlisted me to lead a dissection of a chicken. Not just any chicken, but the kind we have at work. It even came in the same box, and I had to get one of the cooking racks to set it on while I was explaining how to cut the chest open. And then I opened it up, and showed everyone how it's empty inside because they gut them before they send them over. And everyone was amazed.
I drew a chicken skeleton on a piece of paper to show them, which now that I think of it looked a lot like a chochobo. After that, I sort of wandered back outside and realized I'd missed my Logic class somehow, despite this apparently being the 7-9 PM class period. And I slowly awoke, still wondering how I'd missed my class, what time it was supposed to take place, and whether that all had actually occurred.
Woke up, went to class. Jim asked me out again (more like "hey, want to do something tomorrow night?" "I work til nine." "Oh. After that, maybe?" "Okay."). And I feel horrible, but I don't know if I'm really into him. I mean, he's a nice guy, but it's probably a bad sign when you're making plans with someone and you think "if someone I really liked asked me out in like ten minutes, I would so break these plans". So what I think I'm going to do is go out once more, and if I still feel sort of Meh about it, tell him. Advice here would be great.
Quiz in Logic. I think I nailed it. :D
Got home, did some stuff, then off to work. Went well. REALLY dead slow, probably because everyone was out with their kids. No argument from me!
Home again, made dinner, took a bath, and read the first few scenes of King Lear. I sort of have high hopes for this one. Apparently it's like the most tragic, depressing play ever.
Now I make my notecard for my history test tomorrow and wait for midnight to start on NaNoWriMo. Zomgnano!
