*The Portering*
Shannon and Porter are finally married! I feel like today is the first day I have had down in almost 4. The wedding was outside on the water, but it was incredibly hot and I was sweating SO much that it was running off of me in waves. The gold color changing fabric I bought was pretty much used as a really long scarf/shaw because I literally didn't have time to do anything else or plan anything better. It was okay though, the scarf was prettier than I was.
The wedding ended up being a lot of fun, especially once I changed into a tank top and pulled my hair back. We drank a lot of wine (in glasses that said Bridesmaid and Groomsman), and then continued to party when we were trapped by a severe tornado producing storm. I managed to get a few slow dances with my husband in. It was really nice.
When the party continued back to the wedding parties hotel I got something to eat and napped off the wine.
All in all it was a really successful wedding, and I was really honored to be a part of something they will remember for the rest of their lives.
