Nothing but Talent

I'm watching a talent search right now and I felt like posting something.

It's really amazing when people share their talents to everybody else. Even if they're not that good, it's something that they want to show not just to us but also to God. They're showing it off to make God proud.

I'm really amazed with people who have great talents to share and along with their skills is their extraordinary story of life. I have seen a ballet dance once (partners) and they were both disabled. I can't really remember who's who but I think the lady has only one leg and the man has one hand, or they both have one leg only. Anyhow, their performance was very touching and really creative. They were like moving as one person and I nearly cried. It was too beautiful.

Just now, a pianist with three fingers only (right hand, he doesn't have a left hand) and he can play as if he had ten complete fingers. With that belief in his self no one can stop him. Even the judge put her hands down to show admiration. Alongside of the pianist were three others, one was using the acoustic box thingy, one with the acoustic guitar and the other was their lead vocals and gosh she has a very soothing voice. Jaw dropped instantly just hearing the first note. Her voice was really pure and you can feel their hearts on the performance.

On another variety show, there were lots of dance acts and several groups had a member with disability. I can remember one group with one member having disability. I can't describe it clearly but he has a really short neck (as if he had none) and his shoulders were very broad and inappropriate to his body. The good thing was he dances well. He can cope up with the other members and you can see his passion for performing.

I've seen a short skit alongside a very beautiful song. It was no doubt amazing! Short but you can feel the heart of the performance. I cry every time I watch it. I can't help it.

In every talent, passion and heart is what you really need. No matter how good you are if you don't have the heart, appreciation will be hard.
