ink ink ink!
illustrations: 70/104 drawings inked! 34 to go... (yeah, I got about 10 done yesterday, thanks to sleeping in, procrastinating, and the play we went to at our friends' church (it was a really great play, though). finished another 10 this morning! gotta keep going!!) My pens seem to be wearing out faster than usual this time. Also I'm starting to hate the villain's minions in this book, because they take foooooooooor-ever to draw. The mullets were a lot easier, looking back...

other: It must be nice to be a mangaka, with assistants. I'm probably not worthy, though. (still, it would be excellent if I had someone to scan all the drawings in to the computer so I didn't have to "waste" 2-3 hours of my valuable time on something that takes no skill.) (also, I realize most mangaka probably work 10 times harder than I ever do, so I should really stop whining and get back to work. okay, I'm gonna do that now.)
