somethings

Last night when I was eating my dinner (rice a roni with chicken and broccoli) i got this chunk of something crunch and it was yellow and I freaked out thinking it was some bad broccoli, because I'd had the broccoli cooked and kept in the fridge a few days already. So I threw that bite out. But then I realized that there were almonds in the rice a roni mix and that's all that was. Didn't I feel silly then!

Today on the way to the language lab I was wondering where seagulls nest and if they migrate and what kind of predators they have to deal with. Because they really seem to have it easy, flying around the beach...or parking lot... or over our school......... But I can't imagine it's much fun at Lake Michigan during the winter! I know there are plenty of places I'd rather be. Then later I happened to pass a building with vines growing over it, and there was a shadow cast on the building by a nearby tree and all the leaves in that spot had fallen off the vine. An hour ater when I passed by it again, the whole area was in full sun, so I was wondering if that short time of shade was enough to make the leaves in that spot fall early, or what? It was interesting.

Also, I called 1-877-966-9778 after the sidewalks suggested it to me. The phone told me about the sun and the north wind.
