one has to be very careful in documenting one's case notes, in order to decrease the probability of blood sucking lawyers who are keen to make a quick buck out of the poor doctors.
sorry what i meant was to "lessen the chances" of blood sucking lawyers who will take advantage of the chance to sue / suck us dry! Good notes do save our skins :) - it has saved mine :) and the lawyer had to do 'charity work' instead. ;)
