Insanity - Week 2

So here I am at the start of Week 3, reflecting back on Week 2.

Overall it went better than Week 1 did. I was not sore very often and I was able to get through exercises and such a bit better than before. I can't say I'll always be that spot-on with everything but I hope I can stay strong and keep pushing ahead.

Diet wise, it's not going to shabby. I was not able to quite lose 10lb like I had hoped but I came close. This is probably due to going out with the family to Korean BBQ on Saturday afternoon. I'm a sucker for good food and company.

I started my diet on June 9th and weighed 206.5lb or so. I started Insanity on June 25th and can't remember what I weighed. However, at the end of one month of dieting and two weeks of Insanity, I now weigh 197.8lb.

All in all I'm just happy I've dropped some weight. At the end of week 2 results, I have decided to make my end goal be 185lbs. Whether I reach it or not, I'm not really worried, I'm just setting a goal. I know that I will be losing more weight but I may not lose as much as some of the exercising is going to result in muscle. So if I reach 185, it will be a miracle.

I had forgotten to bring my Abs work out program on Saturday so I did not get the chance to do it. I brought it today and will just do it after the Fit Test. Speaking of Fit Test, I am curious to see if I have improved any.
