Well, since I am officially starting the Insanity program next week, I decided to try out the Fit Test to get a taste of what to expect.
To help with the energy, I tried the N.O. Xplode for the first time. I have to admit it tasted good. I went with the Fruit Punch (as linked in my last post). I never suffered fatigue through the work out and felt the continual energy I needed as I went.
The only drawback as my endurance. There were sections of the Fit Test I could work through the set on but others I could only do a few reps then puttered out due to breathing hard, etc.
All in all it was a good work out. Ultimately this will take will power to get through and a lot of dedication.
I began dieting in June and was 206.5lbs. As of yesterday I'm 202.2. This was before I started exercising, so that is a positive reflection. I'm not going full tilt diet, I'm just changing up what, how, and how much I eat.
I drank the Recovery Protein XR after the workout and so far I'm not feeling TOO sore. So I'm taking that as a sign that it's doing its work.
Even if I can't keep up with the stuff on the video, to know I am doing it and not giving up will give me results, regardless of the outcome. I look forward to seeing how different I will be after 2 months of this.
Wish me luck. I'll probably not post daily feedback but more of a weekly or bi-weekly. Maybe just after every Fit Testing? We'll see.
