Here's some advice to all of you who are now or will in the future be managing people: DO NOT micromanage. If your employees are treated like dumbasses, chances are they will be more likely to act as such. Lucky for my bosses, I'm not the kind of person who can compromise the patients because the doctors are having a bad day or because they are never happy with how I do my job. So, I'll keep at it, trying my best to make both patients and doctors happy. This place is just a means to an end anyway, no use fretting over things that simply do not matter. One day I'll be the doctor and then I can do things my way (which is the better way, I might add). Anyway, time to open the flood gates of phone calls...gee, I love crazy Greystone people who think they need to be highly medicated in order to function. BTW...I can't figure out how to add you to my friend list, Gloss...I'll figure it out when I have more time to look at the screen. Ta!
