Baked Cheesecake

This cheesecake was really easy to make, and tastes good, too! This was my first time baking cheesecake (I did rare cheese cake a couple of times), but I think I can say it was a success.

Ingredients
- Cream cheese 250g (just use one bar of it)
- Whipping cream 200ml
- 2 eggs
- Sugar 80g
- Flour 3 big spoons
- Lemon juice 2 big spoons
- I used the already made crust from Safeway

Steps
  1. Soften cream cheese by microwaving it for 30secs~1 min
  2. Dump egg, sugar, lemon juice, flour into blender and mix them
  3. Add Whipping cream and cream cheese and mix further
  4. Pour ingredients into crust
  5. Bake it for 40~50 mins at 340F or until you see good color
  6. Let it sit for over night (or 4~5 hours?) in the fridge
  7. EAT IT!!

Since I don’t have a blender, I just used those hand blender… but it still worked great. Ingredients was a bit too much to fit into the regular-sized crust, so I made two extra ones with small already-made crust, too. It was a bit on harder side, so that’s something I need to look into. Or is cheesecake hard in general? I will definitely making it again

チーズケーキ、数年前まではそんなに好きだった覚えは無いんだけど、ここ一、二年、どうしても食べたいーって衝動に駆られる時があって、今回もそれで、ベイクド・チーズケーキに初挑戦してみた。ベイクドのやつってめんどくさそーだなーと思ってたんだけど、結構簡単にできてびっくり。甘過ぎなくておいしかったし。一口食べておいしすぎたんで、旦那に「すっげおいしい!」なんて電話しちゃったし。また絶対作るよ。
