are people really that dumb?
so every time i turn on the news its new stuff about the hurrican katrina... it sickens me to see whats happening down there. yes people will die now matter what, thats a givin. people are sick and dying in the streets and people have drown. that is all expected though. thats what happens with a major natural disater. what people shouldn't be doing is looting the stores and takeing GUNS...whats the point? they are shooting at the police and any one who tries to help them. the police are not the enemy.
they are trying to save people that are traped and now they can't help because some arogent people decided to shoot at them. a boat was going in to bring in suplies and even it was shot at. do these people want help at all? what about all the people looting banks and jewlery stores? do they need those? NO! they need food and water! not microwaves and new adidas! what about the fire trucks and ambulences that were going to to save people? the refuges stoped them, took out their genoraitors and over turned the trucks. why? because they can.
people are trying to break into hospitals and they steal the drugs... these people need help, not drugs. if they would stop causing all these problems then maybe we could help them. nothing is going to get done quickly and efficently if every one is running around like a chicken with its head cut off, although i dont recall any chickens ever stealing guns from stores. they are much to smart. they would steal the food first.
