moo????

So... I had to be up early this morning to go to my mid-tier by 8am. It was a lovely foggy morning and I could not see anything outside my bedroom window. However... I could hear this odd noise. At first I was just really confused... then I realized what it was. It was a cow. Mooing. A COW! I have no clue where this supposed 'cow' was at but... it was definetly a cow I heard. And it wasn't because I was half dead from sleep (or lack there of), I really did hear it.

So that really set my day off well lol. Once I got to Sacred Heart and found the way to my host teachers room everything was good. Except for the fact that the school was on a two hour fog delay. So really, I only got to observe one class. But I am more excited about it than nervous now. Which is good. The teacher seems very good and I'm excited about working with him because he really seems to know his stuff, history and education wise. There is also a student teacher in the class which I'm not sure how that will all work out but it should be interesting.

I had to go to the Ziibiwing Center today for a class. I thought I was going to get lost on the way there but actually, it's not that hard to find. I just took E. Broadway all the way out towards the casino and got there without any problems. That place is very cool, let me tell you. It's a museum about the Anishinabek people in this area. I liked it a lot, it reminded me of a place my grandma would have taken me to... or would have liked to go to. It's nice though, I recommend it to people who have an interest in that sort of thing. It's $4.50 for students so it's cheaper than a movie lol. We went on a guided tour which was nice but I don't believe the guide knew a lot of what she was talking about... we asked a lot of questions that got answered with "I don't knows" but the place is new so I'd just give it time.

Here's some wonderful bad news... my car apparently isn't supposed to shake as much as it does on the highway (really??? I'm so surprised!! ....) . My dad kind of yelled at me for not noticing it sooner (he was the one who told me it was normal the first time I talked to him about it!!) . So now I have to go home Thursday night so my dad can fix my car... here's the thing... I really don't want to drive all the way home, stay the day there on Friday and drive back up here. I already have a lot of work I have to do this week and if I am home on Friday I will never get it done. Blah. I am going to try to talk my parents into just coming up here and getting my car lol but I doubt they will. Maybe I can just drop it off at home and take my mom's car back here! That would be awesome, my mom has a much better car. Hm... I think I'll call and ask
