(no subject)
This weekend was great! Well... it is Saturday and the weekend really isn't over yet but since Friday the weekend has been great. I got to see Beth!!!! I haven't seen her since February so this visit was overdue! She looks SO cute pregnant! I, of course, took pictures of her. She's 20 weeks along, half way there. And! Today she turned 21 :) So this weekend had many perks to it. I got to see Beth and hang out with her last night at her mom's and then we went to TGI Friday's so she could order her first drink (nothing strong or anything since she is pregnant) but she wasn't feeling too hot for most of the night so really, she didn't drink what she ordered, at least not all of it. But, I still had fun. Although I managed to piss off someone there and was labeled a bitch while I was there... it seems I did that a lot this weekend though...
Today Beth got to see my apartment too! It was nice to just hang out with her all day... I really do miss her like crazy and this visit was WAY too short if you ask me. She'll be back in November but that seems like so long away. I cried when we said goodbye of course... and I cried while listening to the CD she made me (during Crash and Burn by Savage Garden)... *sigh* I miss my best friend!
So now... the rest of my weekend is probably going to be about homework. I did all the homework for my Monday classes though and I'm just trying to get a head start on the rest of my week's homework. This semester, I have a feeling, is going to kick my ass...
You know what I realized too? I miss euchre nights! I played it so much this summer and now I never play anymore! Who's up for a euchre night??
