Just when I thought life was going smooth, boom!!! life drops a bomb on the head.... Why is managing cash flows so difficult? Why do we need to check endless transactions and confirmations and transfers and cheque bounces to complicate our already not so simple lives?
A second cheque bounces today because I havent routed the money in as 1st was a sunday and monday I had taken on a mission of throwing up whatever I consumed the entire weekend! [Yet, the weighing machine does not indicate remote signs of its reading not crossing the alarming yellow(on the bmi chart) line]. So today is Tuesday and I get an sms (the only one for the day, thank you!) to pay up... :( I wanted to dumb ass, if only you could have waited for a day!!!
And then as I log into the online banking portal, the system refuses to log me in. Alarmed that I would have messed up this one too, like the mistaken ATM pin twice this week already, I called the "we're ready to help you guys".. oops that was Voda, how can they possibly help if the company has decided to do absolutely nothing to strengthen the network signals? Me wonders! I am swaying too much today, see that's what happens if you don't write for a long time or when you have jobs as mine, lol, rofl, lmao, haha haha (Its ok nobody understood this joke)...
So I call up the customer service exec and told him my problem. Now why do they need my birth date for verification, why nothing else but my birth date, why? Lately I have stopped giving them the info about the year and had hoped to pass this time as well. Yet this guy insisted and after rolling my eyes and realising that he cannot see me (also cos my head started spinning) I told him the year. Oh how happy he was!!!! Thanks! You just made me feel younger, he might have said in his head :(.
