Semi boring day today. I ran around like mad this morning while I had respite here. I'll bore anyone who reads this with the mundane details so run now or don't complain later.

First I took the electric bill to the company since it was due two days ago and I forgot to pay it. Then I took my prescription and dropped it at the pharmacy (I love drive throughs). Then I went to the bank and deposited checks and went to the church to drop off Hobbit #3's preschool enrollment (it's located in our church). But after I got there I realized I had to have some of it notarized *sigh* so I had to take it back to the bank where there was a notary. So then I got it notarized, got back into the car and took it back to church. (Asleep yet?)

Next I went to renew Hobbit #1's handicap parking hangtag. This great adventure was followed by an even bigger adventure - a trip to Wal-mart for bandaids (don't ask). As if the excitement of Walmart wasn't enough, I proceeded back to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and then tried to get back home. I got behind a really horrible driver who would NOT go anywhere near the speed limit and since I needed to turn left, I couldn't pass the complete jack@$$.

So I ranted a little and then managed to zip around him on the next turn. I got to proceed nicely along for about 2 blocks before getting stuck in traffic AGAIN for ANOTHER pair of moron's who decided to rear end/get rear ended. The firetruck, ambulance and two police cars plus the cars in the accident completely blocked all but one lane of traffic and there was NO-ONE directing it so cars were just careening around as they had a chance. I wait in line for what seems like forever and FINALLY get to where I can get around them and the firetruck decides to pull out...in front of me.... Grrrrrrrr.

I finally got around HIM at the next stoplight and made it home without further incident other than the ranting, swearing and growling noises that were echoing throught my car *eg* Yes I roadrage a smidge....

I spent the rest of the day playing Sims and allowing my bloodpressure to return to normal.

I swear - they are too free and easy in handing out drivers liscenses these days.
