Yes, in the fiasco of looking into buying a house we have discovered some very different positions on money and how it should be handled. I'm not going to go into to details because I think, inside a couple, money and sex are the two most private matters, but suffice it to say that we disagree rather strongly. The problem I have is that the expertise found in books, articles, and word of mouth agrees with me. How do you tell someone with so much pride in themselves and their accomplishments, and deservedly so, that they need to get off their high horse without offense? Or should I just offend and suffer the consequences? Or is it inevitable? Oh well. I'm gonna stick this out, and make it work. I can't say anything about anybody else.
