Take 2
So the realtor for the condos we were looking at called today. Someone is selling one in the building next door to the one we were hoping for. It just went on the market today. The realtor lady called me from her home phone to let me know. She really wants to help us get in this place. It would be exactly the same as the one we were looking at before, but without the ugly purple wall. The biggest difference is a higher asking price, but the realtor lady said she thought it was way too high, it would most likely come down with the appraisal, and bargaining hopefully. So, basically the latest is we might, once again, be buying a condo in Sandy. I'll keep you posted.
