Well, the forecast is in, rain for the next couple of days, it rained today, yesterday and it'll be raining tomorrow. Not much to talk about really, been in bouts of extremely busy and extremely lazy. I had planned to wake up at a reasonable hour, do my stuff for LTL, and be on my way down to the TA meeting, then go see professor Jacobs to complain about the way my test was graded. A B does NOT come even close to representing the grade I deserved on that test. I was all over that material, I knew it cold, I wrote the whole time no stops, I expected nothing less than an A-. Seriously, the grader wrote down "when?" when the professor made it quite clear that unless there were glaring errors in chronology we would not be marked for it. I was also working on a clock here, my hand burned with pain by the time I was done, my wrist was sore for hours after taking that exam. Maybe my time budgeting wasn't perfect, but I certainly did what I could in the time given and if the test was supposed to be based on my knowledge of the material, even by the scale, that's not accurate. Anyways, I missed out on that stuff, it was raining outside, I slept late, I just couldn't motivate myself to get up, too tired, bed too comfy. Anyways, busted my ass to get everything done in a timely manner. I've got a chem quiz tomorrow, it's not gonna be pretty, I'm really just not prepared gotta do some reading and whatnot. Anyways, the weekend plan involves heading out to Hadley in the hopes of walking away with a mox jet, I'm playing control slaver, and at the very least I've done all my homework on the matter. I'm hoping to kick some ass, control slaver's a pretty competitive deck and I've read all I could about it, all though I would love to have more time to playtest and get a better feel for it. Maybe a 1st place finish is a bit much to ask, but I think at least a respectable finish that I can write a report on without embarassing myself is in order. I'm due for some luck, my last few tourneys were disastrous, but I've learned since then, plus, I don't think I'm really cut out to be a keeper player it certainly didn't gel with my style, control slaver might be the right thing for me. So, I should be chillin at home for quite a while this weekend, anyways, work to do, ttfn.
