Story of the Day
Once upon a time there was a girl who spent ten hours at work and an extra hour and a half commuting. When she got home, she was far too tired to waste precious brain energy on anything more mentally strenuous than watching reruns on TV and posting silly pictures on the internet. So, on the third day of what was supposed to be her grand scheme to get back into the habit of writing, the girl said, "Screw this." And she wrote a paltry paragraph that can barely be considered worth the time it took to type it out. But, she thought to herself, at least you won't feel guilty about abandoning your daily stories on the third day. And she didn't (though she also told herself that she really should do better tomorrow).
